Supp's default classifier handles 315 support intents that cover the basics — billing, accounts, technical issues, subscriptions, returns. It works well for SaaS, e-commerce, and general software products.
But if you run an electrical company, your customers aren't asking about subscription downgrades. They're asking about blown circuits, panel upgrades, outlet installations, and emergency callouts. A law firm's clients want case status updates, consultation scheduling, and document requests. A gym's members ask about membership freezes, class cancellations, and guest passes.
Generic intents miss these. A custom model doesn't.
How It Works
You tell us what industry you're in and what your customers typically ask about. We train a classifier on your domain — your language, your intents, your support patterns. The model learns the difference between "my breaker keeps tripping" and "I need to schedule an inspection" and routes each one correctly.
The whole process takes days, not months. You don't need to provide training data or label anything yourself. We handle the data, the training, and the deployment. You get a model that works with the same Supp dashboard, widget, routing, and integrations you'd use with the default classifier. Nothing changes except the classification gets smarter for your business.
What You Get
A classifier trained specifically on your vertical's intents. When a customer sends a message through your widget or API, it gets classified against your custom intent set instead of the generic 315.
Everything else stays the same. Your routing rules, your integrations, your dashboard, your analytics — all of it works exactly as before. The only difference is that classification actually understands what your customers are talking about, which means your routing rules fire on the right intents and your auto-responses actually match the question.

$200 one-time setup fee. That covers the data, training, and deployment of your custom model.
After that, it's the same $0.20 per resolution as the standard classifier. No ongoing surcharge, no premium tier, no per-model fees. You pay the same rate as everyone else — your model just understands your business better.
