Each plan includes a certain number of "billable tickets." Go over that number and you pay per extra ticket.

The AI Agent Add-On

Gorgias added an AI Agent feature that auto-responds to customers. It costs $0.90 per automated resolution on annual billing ($1.00 on monthly) on top of your plan price. The AI Agent is available as an add-on on any plan, not just Pro.

This is where the math starts to hurt. If you're on the Pro plan ($360/month, or $300/month annual) and the AI Agent handles 300 conversations, that's an extra $270/month (annual billing). Your total is now $630/month.

Gorgias earned its reputation for a reason. It has deep Shopify integration.
