What You Will Do - Respond to customer inquiries across Email, Chat within our SLA targets - Troubleshoot product issues, answer how-to questions, and resolve billing inquiries - Escalate complex issues to senior agents or engineering with clear documentation - Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles when you solve new types of issues - Hit quality targets: accuracy, tone, speed, and resolution completeness - Work alongside AI tools that handle routine queries, focusing your time on conversations that need a human What We Are Looking For - 1+ years of customer-facing experience (support, retail, hospitality, or similar) - Strong written communication skills. You write clearly, warmly, and without corporate jargon. - Comfort with technology. You can learn new software quickly and troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Empathy and patience. You understand that behind every ticket is a person having a bad moment. - Reliability. You show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow through on promises. Nice to Have - Experience with help desk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or similar) - Experience working with AI-powered support tools - Basic understanding of APIs or technical products - Multilingual ability
